On the evening of April 24th, Hebei Normal University, "Dr. Huang Lu's Chinese Art Song Tour Concert" was successfully held.

The repertoire of the concert includes three types of Chinese art songs: classical poetry, modern and contemporary art songs, and ancient Ci and new songs. Ancient music such as "Yangguan Sandiao"; Modern classics such as "Homesickness" and "Nostalgia Song"; Ancient ci and new songs such as "Guan Sui" and "Jiang Chengzi" are excellent works in Chinese art songs.

Despite the heavy rain that day, the audience's enthusiasm for the concert was still not reduced, and the concert venue was full. Huang Lu's elegant and calm, high temperament, continuous meaning, delicate expression of singing and artistic director Zhang Huan's exquisite piano accompaniment, the perfect cooperation of the two let the audience more in-depth understanding of the connotation of Chinese art songs. After singing all the works, Huang Lu returned to the audience with warm applause.

The Chinese Art Song 100 Schools Tour project has been launched in 2018, and it has been widely praised around the country, and will continue to tour in major universities and colleges across the country in 2019. I hope that through the form of university tour, more people can pay attention to traditional culture and Chinese art songs, so that excellent traditional culture can continue to develop in innovation.
