Huang Lu's solo concert resounded in Qingzhou Cloud Gate Theater

Recently, the Poetry China concert came to a successful conclusion at the Yunmen Theater in Qingzhou.
Dr. Huang Lu, a young soprano singer, together with Zhang Huan, Artistic Director of the China Conservatory of Music and a young Chinese pianist, presented traditional Chinese ancient songs, recent classics and new contemporary works.
In this performance, Huang Lu brought twelve Chinese art songs, including “Crowing in the Night”, “The Words of Looking at the Countryside”, “Dreaming Order - Always Remembering the Daybreak at the Stream Pavilion”, “Song of the Yue People” and “Nian Nujiao - Recalling the Ancient Times at Red Cliff”, which include traditional lyric music inheriting the classics of ancient lyrics and tunes, as well as modern classics that are the result of the fusion of traditional lyric music and western compositional techniques, and even new contemporary works created by composers today.
The singing style is full of Chinese traditional temperament, very oriental charm, fully reflecting the international vision of Chinese vocal art. The audience was immersed in the sea of art songs, shouting continuously, in the face of the enthusiasm of the audience, Dr. Huang Lu returned to the stage to sing a song “Sea Love”.
