On the evening of June 24, 2019, the Gulangyu Concert Hall played a colorful chapter of the 100-session Chinese Art Song Tour Cultural Exchange Concert. On this beautiful island, known as the Island of Piano and the Home of Music, the Chinese Art Songs Tour Cultural Exchange Concert held by young soprano singer, Dr. Huang Lu of the China Conservatory of Music as a soloist, Zhang Huan of the China Conservatory of Music as an artistic director, and Liu Qing as a conductor was a success!

This concert aims to promote the culture of traditional Chinese lyric music and to develop the art of modern vocal music. The repertoire of the concert includes three types of Chinese art songs from ancient, modern and contemporary China. Ancient songs such as “Yang Guan San Yi”, modern classics such as “Homesickness” and “Nostalgia Song”, and contemporary new compositions such as “Guan Suo” and “Jiang Cheng Zi”. The audience felt the return to tradition and the modern transformation and innovative development of traditional culture by contemporary composers in their creations, and experienced the humanistic connotations demonstrated by the stylistic changes of Chinese poetry and music over the past hundred years in Ms. Huang Lu's songs.

It is understood that since March, the Chinese art song 100 tour cultural exchange concert has received the invitation of many colleges and universities, Dr. Huang Lu, as a young soprano singer, in recent years at home and abroad on the art stage, have blossomed an incomparable dazzling light of art.
